2. Refunds will be considered only if we fail to resolve your issue within 48 hours of your support request.
3. Valid reasons for a refund include:
The download link is not working or expired.
The delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible.
You received the wrong product by mistake.
Refunds will not be granted if the product was downloaded, accessed, or used extensively.
In some cases, a partial refund or replacement file may be offered instead.
